Join Our Team as a Contents Cleaning Lead / Supervisor

Paul Davis Restoration, a trusted leader in disaster recovery services, is looking for a Contents Cleaning Lead / Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the restoration industry who is ready to lead a team, manage workflows, and deliver outstanding customer service during times of crisis.


About the Role:

As a Contents Cleaning Lead, you will oversee the packaging, cleaning, restoration, and storage of personal property damaged by fire, water, smoke, or other disasters. You’ll manage job documentation, supervise technicians, and ensure contents are treated with care and precision from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise technicians in all aspects of contents restoration
  • Document and create detailed inventory of personal property
  • Pack, load, and transport items to and from the restoration facility
  • Operate specialized equipment for cleaning (ultrasonic, hand tools, etc.)
  • Maintain organized and clean warehouse and storage environments
  • Create and manage work orders using restoration tracking software
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times
  • Oversee the return of restored contents to clients in a timely, professional manner


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of experience in contents or property restoration (preferred)
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT) a strong plus
  • Familiarity with restoration inventory software (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership qualities with a team-oriented mindset
