Following an exciting development in our team, The Guinness Partnership is recruiting for a Legal Services Administrator based in London on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the role

You will be required to provide administrative assistance to the Legal Services Team to ensure that invoices are paid, records are maintained, and court documents are prepared.

We are currently working to a hybrid working style, working three days per week in the office and two from home. As such, it is a requirement for candidates to be able to work three days per week from our London Euston Road office.

What we are looking for

We know that how we do things is just as important as what we do, so you will not only be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail. You will also need to be highly self-motivated with a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of providing administrative support in a corporate function within a medium or large organisation.
  • Experience of administering records and registers to comply with specific requirements.
  • Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 2 (or equivalent) Maths and English.
