Key Responsibilities
Lead the Industrial Engineering function for the entire plant, covering productivity, manpower, and process efficiency.
Analyze and optimize plant processes, layouts, and workflows to ensure maximum output and minimal wastage.
Drive initiatives on manpower planning, work measurement, method study, and time study across different units.
Develop and implement productivity norms, benchmarks, and KPIs for departments and clusters.
Lead projects on lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and HR to identify opportunities for process improvement and workforce productivity.
Conduct capacity studies and provide recommendations for debottlenecking, balancing workloads, and plant expansions.
Monitor and improve energy efficiency, resource utilization, and sustainability practices in line with organizational values.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership on IE interventions and impact.
