Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Engineering function for the entire plant, covering productivity, manpower, and process efficiency.

• Analyze and optimize plant processes, layouts, and workflows to ensure maximum output and minimal wastage.

• Drive initiatives on manpower planning, work measurement, method study, and time study across different units.

• Develop and implement productivity norms, benchmarks, and KPIs for departments and clusters.

• Lead projects on lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and HR to identify opportunities for process improvement and workforce productivity.

• Conduct capacity studies and provide recommendations for debottlenecking, balancing workloads, and plant expansions.

• Monitor and improve energy efficiency, resource utilization, and sustainability practices in line with organizational values.

• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership on IE interventions and impact.

• Lead a team of Industrial Engineers and guide them in applying best practices and new technologies (digital IE tools, automation, analytics).

• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational standards while implementing IE improvements.
