TEAM OVERVIEW 
KKR Solutions allows the firm to offer a holistic solutions-oriented relationship to our most strategic clients (as opposed to one focused on selling individual products).  The team’s goal is to provide clients with a seamless entrance into KKR focused on multi-asset class exposures (including Private Equity, Real Assets and Credit) where we can help solve problems, especially around asset allocation and portfolio construction decisions, across our Insurance, Family Office, Wealth/HNW, Sovereign, and Pension clients.  

KKR Solutions works closely with the full firm to expand our relationships with clients, including Global Client Solutions resources, various investment teams, and specialists focused on macro-economics and insurance.  The Solutions team is designed to deliver a more customized return and investment objective experience and accelerate capital formation across KKR through differentiated asset allocation insights, enhanced approaches to portfolio construction, and original intellectual content.   The team is tight-knit and lean, providing junior team members robust access to senior executives/investment professionals, as well as a meritocratic and entrepreneurial culture.

POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join KKR Solutions in investor reporting and data operations. KKR Solutions offers full-suite Private Equity solutions, including primary funds, co-investments and secondaries through external manager and KKR investments as well as multi-asset class solutions across Private Markets more broadly, including Real Assets, Credit and Reinsurance.  KKR Solutions has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, and this positive trajectory is expected to continue.

This team member collaborates with internal teams on ad-hoc and recurring data requests and produces client deliverables. This position is based in Gurugram, India. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Coordinate and execute client deliverables on a set calendar, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
•    Collect, organize, standardize, and upload data from multiple sources (capital account statements, financial statements) into Investran; perform reasonableness checks and reconciliations
•    Partner with internal teams (Finance, Investment, Business Development, Accounting System) to clarify data requirements, resolve discrepancies, and track status to closure
•    Maintain trackers, Standard operating procedures, data dictionaries, and audit-ready documentation for all submissions and process steps
•    Support ad-hoc data requests and other client deliverables
•    Execute quality assurance checks, variance analyses, and tie-outs to source; escalate exceptions with clear narratives and remediation plans
•    Identify bottlenecks and propose automation/streamlining opportunities
•    Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS
•    1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry
•    Detailed oriented with a proven track record for accuracy
•    Ability to interpret private equity financial statements and convert information into standardized data fields, with proven experience in data collection. Knowledge of financial reporting or operations is a plus.
•    Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including a finance/accounting skill set
•    Professional demeanor and highly ethical
•    Demonstrable experience in streamlining processes, and enhancing efficiency
•    Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
•    Engaging personality who builds relationships easily/ Experience working with senior professionals
•    Experience working within a financial services environment or comparable corporate environment
•    Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high growth environment 
•    Strong academic credentials from a respected institution
