As Administrator II, Office Coordination, you’ll provide high-level support to TLM leadership while helping drive excellence in pharmaceutical research and clinical trial management.
This is a dynamic role for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive—comfortable partnering with colleagues at all levels and stepping in to “make things happen” when needed.

The Job
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and communications for TLM and LCM leadership. Ensure executives are prepared and priorities are handled smoothly.
- Communication Hub: Serve as a key liaison between leadership, staff, and external stakeholders. Draft and manage correspondence while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Meetings & Events: Plan and coordinate executive meetings, workshops, training sessions, and partner events. Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow through on deliverables.
- Project & Process Management: Support strategic initiatives, track milestones, and help streamline workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate regulatory files, contracts, and records with strict version control. Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA, and ICH standards.
- Staff Coordination: Assist with onboarding, performance tracking, org charts, and review cycles. Help foster a collaborative, well-organized work environment.
Education / Experience
- Combination of relevant education & experience provides sufficient knowledge & skills to ensure incumbent’s success in this role, such as:
- University/College Degree in relevant Scientific discipline, and/or
- Demonstrated experience in CRO, Clinical Research, or other relevant field.
- Experience in a Regulated industry laboratory preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project in particular
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills with the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
