We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Events Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality virtual masterclasses (webinars). This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for digital events, and a knack for organisation. You will be a key point of contact between clients and our internal team, ensuring seamless execution from kick-off, to delivery to debrief.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and participate in client kick-off calls to gather masterclass requirements and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the masterclass lifecycle.
- Participate in post-masterclass debrief calls to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Upload and manage masterclass content on relevant platforms.
- Host live masterclasses, ensuring smooth technical delivery and audience engagement.
- Troubleshoot live issues and escalate when necessary.
- Generate post-event reports including attendance metrics, engagement insights, and client feedback.
- Share reports with clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the digital events content calendar.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery and scheduling.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
