As a dual student (m/f/d), you will support us in our day-to-day business and experience at first hand how you can put the knowledge you have acquired in your studies directly into practice. During the 3.5 years of your studies, you will in particular
- get to know various departments of our IT department at the Hamburg headquarters during the practical phases of your studies and apply your know-how from your studies
- actively participate in day-to-day business and gain a comprehensive insight into our IT-supported business processes and our technologies
- expand your specialist knowledge in special training courses
- take on your own areas of responsibility and work independently on exciting projects
- take part in special training courses - such as product and IT training - with your colleagues
- receive regular feedback on your personal and professional development
- receive intensive support throughout your studies from our Entry Programs Team and from a dual student-mentor in the various specialist departments
- attend lectures at the HSBA in Hamburg together with other dual students during the theoretical phases of your studies
- have the opportunity to spend a semester abroad and have the chance to experience a business trip to our international locations, cruise ships or ferries
- receive an attractive salary (1st year: 1,025 euros, 2nd year: 1,190 euros, 3rd year: 1,355 euros) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses as well as 30 days' vacation
Preferred Profile
- A-levels with a good final grade as well as successful participation in the admission procedure of the HSBA
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good communication skills
- Enthusiasm for retail, possibly with initial practical experience, as well as curiosity about working with exclusive brand products and complex tasks and mathematical-logical relationships
- A fresh outlook and new ideas in an international, dynamic environment
- Commitment and enjoyment of independent, varied work with your own areas of responsibility
- Reliability, team spirit and open-mindedness for cooperation with your future colleagues
