Description:   

We are seeking a Product Marketing & Customer Marketing Specialist with exceptional writing skills and deep, hands-on expertise in Generative AI — especially in building and managing knowledge bases for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). In this role, you’ll create compelling product messaging, enable our field teams, and drive customer engagement programs all powered by AI-driven workflows you help design. This is not just about using AI tools; it’s about engineering the underlying data, content, and systems that make them effective.

You will create compelling narratives for our solutions, help enable the sales team with impactful content, and drive programs that nurture and expand customer relationships. This is a highly cross-functional role that will give you exposure to product marketing, customer advocacy, and lifecycle marketing.

What You’ll Do

Product Marketing:

  • Develop messaging and positioning for specific solutions, tailored to industry and persona.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Partner with product managers to translate technical capabilities into customer value.

Customer Marketing:

  • Lead an evergreen customer review program, overseeing review collection, 3rd-party platform coordination, communications, awards, and marketing assets.
  • Identify and recruit customer references for case studies, testimonials, and events, working closely with Customer Success to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain and refresh approved customer logos across campaigns, slide decks, and marketing assets.

Content Development:

  • Write compelling content for blogs, case studies, campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Adapt and optimize content for different channels, from web to email to events.

Market Insights:

  • Conduct research on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to inform strategy.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or customer marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Hands-on experience building RAG knowledge bases for marketing or customer engagement
  • Experience building customer advocacy or lifecycle marketing programs
  • Strong collaboration skills—able to work across marketing, product, sales, and customer success
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • A proactive, resourceful, and customer-first mindset

In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office three days weekly.
