As Commercial Systems Support Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all commercial systems enquiries and issues, ensuring that all calls are dealt with efficiently. You will also provide internal administrative support for the Commercial Systems Team.

Key Responsibilities of this role
End User Support:
- First line support for site staff and HQ users.
- Monitoring and proactively dealing with calls and emails for the Commercial Systems Team.
- Supporting site staff on the processes and functionality of the commercial systems, including Group Sales, stock management, cycle counts and reporting.
- Dealing with calls relating to user profiles, logins and passwords, price change and discount issues.
- Supporting site staff at high profile events involving occasional weekend working.
System Administration:
- Daily systems check.
- Assisting with the re-opening (and closing) of the seasonal sites.
Dealing with all sales and stock processes relating to the manual sites.
Assist with the product build for the online ticket store.
System Testing:
- Assist in testing new developments and processes.
- Testing systems during upgrades.
System Documentation:
- Assist with the maintaining and updating of all commercial system related user manuals.
- Review and update procedure documents.
- Assist with creating systems training guides for all systems users.
Key requirements of the role:

Essential Criteria:
Experience providing excellent customer service to end users of commercial systems helping them complete their tasks.
Confident PC user with experience using MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Proficient numeracy.
