About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of media analysts to extract, interpret, and present actionable insights
- Serve as a key point of contact for client communication and managing expectations
- Collaborate with media agencies and client stakeholders to deliver Ebiquity solutions across digital and traditional channels
- Work hands-on with platforms such as DV360, Meta (Facebook), Amazon, and others for campaign analysis
- Utilise BARC data for effective TV performance evaluation
- Strong emphasis on measurable business outcomes across digital and offline media touchpoints
- Support APAC-wide initiatives by providing strategic input and executional support on select cross-regional projects
- Regularly provide high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in a media planning and/or media consulting role, preferably from a leading media agency
- Proven experience of leading teams and managing client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms including DV360, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon
- Familiarity with TV measurement tools and metrics, especially BARC
- Strong experience in integrated media planning (TV + Digital) – this is a major plus
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote working environment, with a preference for candidates based in the Delhi NCR region
