About the role
Lambeth Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) is committed to working together to ensure that all children and young people in Lambeth are safe, secure and protected from harm.
We are seeking a Business Support Officer to help us achieve this. The partnership is supported by a small team so we’re looking for a candidate who is excited by a challenge and will proactively get involved in all aspects of the partnership’s work, providing comprehensive business support as required. Duties will include mailbox management, finance processing, inputting, storing, and archiving of data, meeting arrangements, note taking, and supporting the delivery of our training programme.
Your communication skills will be exemplary, and you’ll be able to digest complex information and communicate it in an accessible and effective way. You’ll be able to write minutes that clearly captures key discussions and action. You’ll be equally comfortable updating information for the LSCP website and Twitter feed. Equally important will be your ability to form positive professional relationships across agencies to synchronize diaries and schedule important meetings and functions.
