Responsibilities:
Information Research & Verification (Backend & Blended)- Conduct in-depth research on provided details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Cross-reference data with available documents, online portals, and search engines.
Verify ID documents for authenticity, consistency, and compliance with regulations.
Detailed Investigation & Quality Control (Backend & Blended)
Perform comprehensive checks before submitting cases to avoid errors or duplicates.
Ensure thorough validation to maintain high-quality research standards.
Follow internal and client-specific verification guidelines.
Work across three backend processes and one blended (calling + backend) process.
Adapt to different workflows and process transitions as per business needs.
Open to working in rotational shifts to meet client and business requirements.
Support global clients across different time zones.
Basic Country-Specific Research (Backend & Blended).
Conduct online research to verify the availability of specific information in different countries.
Identify country-specific regulations or restrictions related to data retrieval.
Communication & Stakeholder Interaction (Blended Process).
Communicate with stakeholders professionally to validate information.
Document findings accurately and ensure seamless backend integration.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification
2 + years related work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of word processing software, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Type 35 words per minute
Independent and detail oriented
Ability to work under constant deadlines.
