PCSI is looking for experienced Dining Facility Clerk for FT. Hood. Must have knowledge of Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and Microsoft Office applications. Typical work hours are AM Shift: 5:30am-2:00pm, Mid Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm, PM Shift: 11:00am-7:30pm, Weekend Shift: Sat/Sun 7:00am-3:30pm, 11:00am-7:30pm, with monthly rotation. This position will report to the Assistant Dining Facility Manager.

- Base pay $17.75hr + 0.50 Data Entry per hr. worked
- additional allowance every hour worked: uniform $0.15, Shift differential$0.20 after 1:00pm

What you'll do as a Dining Facility Clerk:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties needed to operate the administrative section of a full food service operation.
- Generate all Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) reports, including inputting data daily.
- Adhere to the procedures outlined by the Dining Manager and company to complete required tasks.
- Perform general clerical duties and computer related tasks using Microsoft Office

- Maintain office equipment and keep working are clean.

What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience working in an office setting, handling administrative task(s).
- Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to obtain a government common access card and pass all government required computer usage tests.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to climb, bend, squat, lift and carry objects ranging from 10-60 pounds; Prolong walking up to 90%.
- Ability to understand or become extensively familiar with the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and all administrative requirements of Army Regulation 30-22.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and multi-task between two or more activities or sources of information without becoming confused.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Knowledge of general office tasks, such as filing procedures using Army Standards.
- Knowledge of basic business mathematics.
- Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedule and priority.
- Ability to assist and communicate with others as needed and establish effective working relationships.
Other Duties:
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts.
- Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record.
- If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
