We are currently hiring for an Intm Order Entry Clerk. This position is a non-exempt, full-time position (minimum of 30 hours per week) located in McHenry, IL. The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour.  We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and 2 remote days (Wednesday & Friday). We offer an array of benefits, to see those benefits click here.  


About the Role:

The Order Entry Clerk reviews various documents (customer-created and internal), reviews staged orders and assigns and enters book numbers into orders.

  • Owners of orders & fax email boxes for all incoming orders from customers
  • Review and distribute to individuals and/or other group emails as necessary review customer documents before stagers and verify any high quantities pricing/availability or checking for orders already entered in as400 to eliminate duplication 
  • Use Titlewave and/or mainframe to access to locate item #’s if not supplied by customer 
  • Create Titlewave list with information supplied to us by customers not using Titlewave 
  • Locating quotes or lists on customer Titlewave account when orders are received itemized and not referencing the use of Titlewave 
  • Code special marketing project and other orders as directed 
  • Make any necessary notations on questionable orders for follow-up by appropriate personnel (manager or cs team) 
  • Prepare necessary documentation to route orders to appropriate locations 
  • Report any booking or coding counts to manager
  • Communicate with order entry team and/or cs team as necessary or directed by oe manager to obtain answers to questions and/or resolve any order-related issues
  • QA all complete quotes to ensure accuracy post all completed quotes to customer Titlewave account
  • Enter/sort/track all maintenance to existing orders that are received from customer service team or customer 
  • Submit supplied Titlewave quote ids and lists using Titlewave admin for stagers to enter order into mainframe 
  • Perform all duties of order entry stager as necessary or directed by order entry manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of order entry or customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
