As LiveWire’s strategic Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be leading the development and execution of consumer-facing events and customer experiences that elevate brand visibility, drive demand, and foster meaningful engagement. This role is central to shaping immersive brand experiences that reflect our commitment to expanding access and leading innovation in the electric vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and deliver impactful brand events globally—including product launches, demo events, pop-ups, and experiential activations—that build brand affinity, support sales initiatives and engage the motorcycle community.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform marketing strategies into impactful external experiences that align with brand standards and business goals. Ensure seamless execution through clear briefing documentation and close integration with sales teams.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee event budgets, vendor relationships, dealer communications and support, site selection, run-of-show planning, staffing, and merchandise coordination to ensure efficient and effective execution. Submit purchase orders, vendor set up, track spend and partner with finance to ensure event budgets are clear and on-target.
- Audience Engagement and Lead Gen: Use segmentation and targeting strategies to reach key consumer groups and maximize engagement across all event touchpoints. Leverage CRM tools to generate and capture leads.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and generate data-driven insights to optimize event performance and ROI. Create recaps to share with teams on performance.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- External Partnerships: Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and other external partners to support event initiatives and expand reach.
Education Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
Experience Required
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or event strategy
- Proven leadership in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
- Strong budget management, accounting and operational skills
- Cultural awareness and trend fluency beyond the motorcycle industry
- Strategic thinker with a holistic understanding and execution of retail and enterprise operations
- Ability to prioritize, make informed decisions, and drive proactive initiatives
- Valid motor vehicle operator’s license and motorcycle endorsement
- Ability to travel 50-80%

Pay Range: $110,500 - $165,700
The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
