  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, and compliance. Ensure transparency, rigor, and sustainability.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead core operational functions—including facilities, support services, and risk management—to ensure efficient, effective, and mission-aligned systems.
  • Infrastructure for Growth: Strengthen and modernize institutional infrastructure to support expanded programs, new partnerships, and major philanthropic initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a senior finance and operations executive, ideally within higher education, nonprofit, or mission-driven institutions.
  • Expertise in financial strategy, capital management, and operational systems design.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational transformation, cost optimization, and growth planning.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
