Job Description :
- Strong Technical Salesforce Project Manager Executive Engagement & Strategic Alignment Serve as the primary interface with CXO-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, CRO, CFO) and business sponsors.
- Present program strategy, health, risks, and recommendations in a way that resonates with senior executives. Offer a strong POV on Salesforce best practices, architecture trade-offs, and roadmap prioritization based on industry experience.
- Translate Salesforce program capabilities into tangible business value (revenue growth, cost optimization, customer experience).
- Program & Delivery Leadership Lead large-scale Salesforce transformation programs involving multi-cloud deployments, integrations with ERP/OMS/legacy systems, and data strategies.
- Establish program governance, steering committees, and reporting dashboards for executive visibility.
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and vendor/partner teams while ensuring delivery quality.
- Drive adoption through change management strategies, stakeholder enablement, and executive sponsorship.
- Technical Oversight & Solutioning Partner with Salesforce Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams to ensure solution design aligns with business strategy and Salesforce platform standards.
- Understand Salesforce platform capabilities (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, AI/Einstien/Agentforce).
- Review and challenge technical decisions and integrations (e.g., Salesforce ? ERP, Salesforce ? Data Lake).
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in all Salesforce implementations.
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership Build trusted relationships across business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams of Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and partner consultants.
- Mentor junior PMs, technical leads, and business stakeholders in Salesforce delivery best practices.
- Mediate conflicts and align business and IT priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience 10+ years of IT project/program management experience, with at least 5 years leading Salesforce programs.
- Proven experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/RCA, Manufacturing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Loyalty).
- Strong track record of presenting and influencing at the CXO level.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale integrations (ERP, OMS, Data Warehouses, AI/Analytics platforms). Technical Acumen In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, declarative capabilities, and custom development (Apex, LWC).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and ecosystem tools.
- Ability to discuss solution trade-offs (build vs buy, declarative vs custom, integration patterns).
- Leadership & Communication Strong executive presence and confident communicator—can simplify technical complexity into business value.
- Skilled at running steering committee meetings, executive workshops, and roadmap prioritization sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and present alternative POVs with data-driven insights.
- Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator. Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Program Consultant.
