The position of Customer Service, International Services is structured to include the responsibility of providing a full range of services which include, Ocean Operations, Air Export Operations, and Import Operations support. At a minimum, individuals hired into this role are expected to be fully capable in one of the three mentioned areas; with the understanding that they are expected to achieve certification in the remaining service areas within a defined period of time.
