The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for the implementation of warehouse operations of inventory for a major battery manufacturer. They will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling of expenditures, and analysis of warehouse conditions, employee performance, and additional ad-hoc duties. Responsibilities: 

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement proper storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement. 
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, repacking, shipping).
• Monitor productivity and set performance targets. 
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks.
• Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. 
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment. 
• Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required

Salary

• $70,000-95,000 a year
