What's The Opportunity?
As the Marketing Operations and Revenue Analyst, you will play a central role in driving operational excellence, platform performance, and data alignment across RJ Young’s go-to-market teams. This role owns the marketing tech stack infrastructure, leads campaign workflow automation, and supports performance reporting, attribution tracking, and revenue insights across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
You will partner closely with the Marketing team, campaign owners, and cross-functional leaders to ensure that our systems are integrated, data is accurate, and tools are empowering execution at scale. You’ll also play a key role in designing and scaling AI-assisted automations and optimizing workflows across tools like HubSpot, Clay, HeyReach, Domo, and Browse AI.
This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on systems management with strategic GTM enablement — ideal for someone who thrives on building structured, reliable infrastructure that powers growth.
What Will You Do?
1. Marketing Tech Stack Ownership
- Own and manage platforms including HubSpot, Clay, HeyReach, Domo, and Asana
- Ensure data integrity, integration quality, and user access governance across tools
- Maintain and communicate a quarterly MarTech optimization roadmap
- Support the build and maintenance of lifecycle automations, outreach sequences, and CRM alignment
2. Reporting, Attribution & Funnel Analytics
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops to track performance across lead stages and pipeline
Build and maintain campaign dashboards, attribution models, and reporting cadences in Domo and GA4
Ensure KPI alignment and data clarity for executive reporting
3. AI-Enabled Automation & Workflow Design
- Implement AI tools (e.g., Browse AI, Jasper) to support campaign timing, message analysis, and market scanning
- Automate manual tasks and improve scalability through workflow triggers, segmentation logic, and smart sequences
- Partner with the Marketing Insights function to translate strategy into repeatable, data-connected execution
4. GTM Enablement & Cross-Functional Support
- Serve as the technical lead for campaign teams, enabling audience activation, lead routing, and lifecycle automation
- Ensure platforms and reporting meet the strategic needs of the Marketing, Sales, and CS teams
- Identify and address friction points in campaign execution and reporting processes
5. Vendor & Integration Oversight
- Manage external vendors and tools supporting AI, automation, or platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot integrations and maintain API health where needed
What Do You Bring To The Table?
Hands-on experience managing marketing technology platforms and revenue operations, with a strong track record of building scalable systems and processes.
Skilled in HubSpot, Clay, HeyReach, Domo, GA4, and other tools that power data-driven marketing. Comfortable with integrations, API troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
Ability to design dashboards, attribution models, and reporting structures that give clear, actionable insights to executive teams and campaign owners.
Experience (or strong interest) in leveraging AI platforms like Browse AI or Jasper to streamline workflows, enhance targeting, and unlock new efficiencies.
Adept at seeing the big picture, identifying friction points, and building structured workflows that scale with business growth.
Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional partnerships, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive revenue impact.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time, in our Nashville office.
Required Education and Experience
- 7 + years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or MarTech systems management
- Proven experience managing a modern marketing tech stack
- Skilled at building reports, dashboards, or attribution logic in tools like Domo
- Strong project management and systems integration mindset
- Experience or interest in AI automation tools a strong plus
- Strong Communicator and collaborative problem solver - with attention to detail and systems-level thinking
Preferred Education and Experience
- CRM & Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Clay, HeyReach
- Reporting & Analystics: Domo, GA4
- AI & Automation: Browse AI, Jasper, Firefly
