We are searching for a Custodian for Maintenance to join the team. This person will keep paint rooms, air locks, and common areas clean and orderly.
Essential Functions:
- Sweeps, mops, and vacuums hallways, paint rooms and air locks.
- Empties trash and garbage containers.
- Cleans floors with floor machine.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Washes walls, and windows.
- Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; maintain equipment and immediate work area in a clean and sanitary condition
- Guitar or musical background preferred but not required.
- Experience with a floor machine, electric pallet jack, vacuum cleaner, mops, and brooms

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $18/hr.
