This isn’t just about writing instructions—it’s about empowering event professionals across the globe to master our platform with confidence.


What You’ll Do

As part of our Customer Education Team, you’ll:

  • Create and edit engaging how-to videos, guides, and interactive exercises for our help site and online learning platform.
  • Collaborate with product experts to capture new features and turn them into clear, useful content.
  • Work alongside our Support team to reduce tickets by improving and updating resources.
  • Gradually become a Subject Matter Expert in the EventsAir platform (don’t worry—we’ll help you get there!).
  • Deliver webinars to customers in Australasia, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Keep our documentation fresh, consistent, and user-friendly.


About You

You might describe yourself as someone who:

  • Loves digging into “how things work” and making it easy for others to understand.
  • Has video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, or similar).
  • Can write clear, concise, and user-friendly software guides.
  • Is curious about AI tools—but also knows that great writing doesn’t rely on them.
  • Pays exceptional attention to detail (yes, you notice typos in menus).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the event management industry or SaaS platforms.
  • Worked with Learning Management Systems (we use HowToo).
  • A flair for graphic design or online education.
  • Experience presenting content or webinars on camera.
