Your missions :

Generating revenue through the sale of products and services within a defined geographical area, as well as with existing and new key account customers in that area. Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships.

Management and expansion of the customer base of veterinary practices within the assigned territory
Planning, effective preparation, and execution of regular customer visits, meetings, and sales presentations, in collaboration with Veterinary Services Managers and, if applicable, the Sales Manager, covering topics such as sales, product introductions, discussions, and consultations on Ceva products according to customer prioritization
Generation of sales through strategic questioning focused on customer needs and buying motivation
Structured management and prioritization of all activities to achieve sales targets
Entry of collected information into the CRM system and internal sharing (e.g., with Outbound teams), as well as continuous updating of customer databases
Receipt and processing of orders
Handling, analysis, and resolution of customer complaints in cooperation with other departments
Derivation and development of product and service improvements to enhance competitiveness
Market research and reporting, including competitive analysis
Creation of customer and territory analyses to adjust sales activities accordingly
Conducting negotiations in line with company guidelines
Building long-term, successful relationships and trust with veterinarians and key decision-makers
Organization, execution, and participation in trainings, trade fairs, customer events, and other relevant activities
Collaboration with Sales Manager and other business units in negotiations with larger buyer groups or cross-functional projects
Participation in professional development events and conferences
Continuous development of sales skills, product knowledge, and veterinary expertise
