  • Manage Artistic Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts for performers, creative teams, licensing, commissions, co-productions, and youth performers.

  • Ensure Accuracy & Compliance: Oversee royalty agreements, maintain up-to-date contract templates, and ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to project royalties, process payments, and integrate labor terms into daily practices.

  • Excel at organization, deadline management, and attention to detail.
  • Have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, Asana, and AirTable.
  • Communicate with clarity and professionalism, and are adept at drafting and reviewing contractual language.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving organizational needs.

Organizational Background

OSF productions have been presented on Broadway, internationally, and at regional, community, and high school theatres across the country.
