The Brand Development Coordinator will play a key role in executing brand strategies and initiatives to enhance brand presence and market share within the beverage industry. This role involves direct in market execution on priority objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing brand campaigns, analyzing market trends to ensure the successful development and positioning of our brands. The Brand Development Coordinator is responsible for developing or adapting a brand strategy for the assigned territory. They must maintain brand integrity (consumer perceptions regarding a brand’s image and reputation) across company sales initiatives and communications
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to support brand growth and positioning while actively in the market at minimum 4 days per week selling directly to accounts, while also upholding our merchandising standards in market.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement brand campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Motivate and communicate to drive case and revenue goals.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligns with overall company strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales management and other departments to ensure cohesive brand strategies and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Have a valid Driver’s license and must be 21 years of age.
- Required to drive to multiple locations and maintain sufficient insurance. Must abide by all traffic and motor vehicle laws and regulations.
- Firm understanding of Heidelberg Distributing’s Mission, Vision, and Values
- Demonstrated coaching skills
- Sales Route experience calling on all types of account classifications
- Has a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Ability to provide clear and concise data and strategy presentations
- Working knowledge of Karma and iDig
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position operates in a professional office environment. Expected hours of work are Monday through Friday during the Company’s regular business hours. There will be some evening, night, and weekend work required. Regular, consistent attendance is required. Dress code is business casual.
