Position Summary:

 

We seek a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role combines marketing support, visual design, and website management. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, experience creating marketing assets, and the ability to manage and update web content using a CMS platform. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supplier partners to execute impactful campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and ensure a seamless digital experience across our website and landing pages.

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

General Marketing & Graphic Design Support:

  • Conceptualize and create engaging visual designs for various marketing assets and sales initiatives, such as event and sales collateral, logos, web content pages, miscellaneous training documents, and more.
  • Update and maintain the front end of Vallen’s website, ensuring design & brand consistency.
  • Build and publish new landing pages and web content using Vallen’s CMS platform (Kontent.ai). Experience with Kontent.ai or similar CMS tools is a strong plus.
  • Manage graphic updates, image optimization, and page layouts to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Assist Sales and Sales Enablement Team with customized marketing design requests (one-pagers, emails, brochures, etc.).
  • Maintain accuracy and relevance of existing landing pages by performing periodic audits and implementing updates as needed.
  • Develop high-visibility, complex design projects from concept through execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather key information and insights, identify campaign themes, and develop targeted marketing assets such as sales collateral, emails, and other supporting materials to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate email marketing: creative, list segmentation, and analytics/reporting.
  • Organize, update, and maintain marketing collateral, including one-sheets, sales presentations, marketing recaps, programming calendars, etc.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks such as asset management/archiving, premium order fulfillment/inventory maintenance, and general spreadsheet upkeep.
  • Coordinate with other departments to create and maintain marketing and sales materials.
  • All other miscellaneous marketing support.

 

Sales & Misc. Support

· Partner with sales leaders to understand industry needs, align on priorities, and deliver customized marketing programs and campaigns for sales growth

· Be a reliable Sales support resource to manage, develop, and distribute marketing collateral

· Assist with the creation and execution of field sales marketing requests
