Shift Available: Nights 4:30am - 4:45pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.

As part of our First Impression Team (FIT), you’ll ensure that every employee, visitor, and partner feels welcomed, protected, and confident the moment they step inside our plant.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll balance people skills with safety expertise, working on the front lines of security while also supporting emergency readiness and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping Watch: Patrol our facility inside and out—staying alert to anything out of place.
   
• Protecting People: Respond quickly and calmly to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns.
   
• Welcoming Visitors: Check IDs, issue badges, and ensure guests and contractors follow safety rules.
   
• Supporting Safety: Assist in evacuations, emergency drills, and incident response efforts.
   
• Tech Savvy Security: Operate and monitor systems like CCTV, access controls, and alarms.
   
• Hands-On Readiness: Inspect and maintain safety gear—fire extinguishers, AEDs, eyewash stations, and more.
   
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside EHS leaders, managers, and local law enforcement to keep our workplace secure.

• You have a high school diploma (security or safety certifications = a plus).
   
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to earn it).
   
• Prior security experience (especially in a plant or industrial setting) is preferred.
