RESPONSIBILITES:
· Schedule/Receive meeting invites on the RMM calendar
· Copied in on most of emails sent to RMM, respond to these emails when appropriate
· Send end-of-day recaps
· Process receipts for the Key 2 Purchase Portal for RMM, and also assist with transactions that RMM is the approver for.
· Purchase gift cards for RMM to pass out to employees.
· Distribute uniforms to supervisors to pass on to employees. And assisting when different sizes are needed and getting to the employee.
· Organize the ordering and distribution of 5812 t-shirts for the Summer TopGolf event every year for the Region.
· Order and deliver office supplies needed for supervisors in the region.
· Take meetings notes for any requested meetings.
· Send calendar invites for monthly birthday celebrations
· Help/assist with any special projects for example, key audits, new phone distribution, signatures needed in Paylocity, etc.
· Daily/Weekly review and tracking of upcoming vacant units to ensure they are being walked right away and on the weekly schedule log. Emails are sent to office and Maintenance Team members inquiring if keys have been turned in. Potential vacant units should also be tracked in Facilities.
· Compare the Schedule Log with the Monday Morning Report to ensure Completion Dates are accurate and all units are accounted for on the MMR.
· Email Property team with any question/discrepancies on the MMR and/or Schedule Log.
· Monthly prepare a Turn Report for the Regional Vice President of turn information per their respective properties. This document is updated weekly from the MMR and the Schedule log for submission at the end of the month.
· Track PORs sent by properties to Procurement.
· Run errands for the RMM if needed, i.e., running to Regional Office to pick up paperwork and deliver to property.
· Assist with yearly Tool & Boot Program with receipts and forms by tracking all submissions made to Payroll ensuring all receipts and paperwork have the proper requirements.
· Notifying supervisors when new hires will be starting on their team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
· Minimum of 2 years’ relevant administrative experience.
· Must be project oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Strong oral and written communication skills, critical thinking and analytical ability required.
· Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and keyboarding.
· Must possess a sense of urgency and be resourceful.
· Good planning/organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently.
· Good interpersonal skills. Ability to focus on solving conflict. Maintain confidentiality.
· Excellent teamwork skills. Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
· Excellent attendance/punctuality. Ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
· Excellent dependability. Must be able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.

· Stand, walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Estimate 25% of time is spent on feet and 75% sitting at desk.

· Lifting/Carrying (paperwork, deliveries, files, miscellaneous):
