FINANCE INTERN Essential Functions/Duties:

Work with Finance and Accounting leadership team and other subgroups to: Lead OPM P&L, balance sheet 
and cash flow forecast process, including reviewing with OPM leaders and working with finance and non
finance stakeholders to analyze the impact of proposed business decisions Develop and track cross-company 
efforts to improve gross margin and cash flow Lead long term planning for OPM, including new 
products/capabilities, and capital needs.

  • Support Billing + Collections
  • Support account reviews
  • Support HFM PO accounts, movement types utilization & analytics
  • Support reconcilation of Balance Sheet accounts
  • Support posting of revenues and collections in SAP
  • Support in preparation and calculation around the Business Plan,  Forecasts, LE, etc.
  • Support preparation of Cash flow planning (Trinity)
  • Support for External Financial Audits
  • Support control of chargeback from customers
  • Perform all duties in a safe & environmental manner. 
  • Participate in creating a safe-oriented work environment.
  • Use PPE as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
     

Required Experience/Skills:

-     Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance (Sophmore level)

-     Microsoft Office/Excel

-     Excellent Attention to Detail

-     Reliability
