Job Summary

Accountable for developing and executing the marketing strategy that generates the required traffic to accomplish the company’s sales and closing goals. Serves as the lead creative thinker in the organization in developing and implementing strategies that promotes the company’s brands both internally and externally. Also, provides detailed plan of action for all assigned marketing projects, and communicates project information to assigned team members while monitoring progress to keep project on track by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Requirements:

  • New home construction experience is highly desired
  • A high-level of proficiency with marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Power BI)
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing marketing analytics to drive revenue
  • 2-3 years previous leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field from an accredited university or a Master of Business with an emphasis in marketing, preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Development of strategies and conception, research, management and execution of traffic leads for the company. Accountable for executing traffic plans for each community.
  • Management of direct marketing activities including, but not limited to, brand and product advertising, telemarketing, promotions, meeting planning, collateral materials, prospect incentives and special offers.
  • Conceptualization, planning, development and launching of events and campaigns in alignment with company budgets.
  • Development of quarterly marketing campaigns.
  • Accountable to all Marketing budgets at corporate, community, and event level.
  • Management of collateral materials for production and continual stocking for field advertising.
  • Insuring availability of necessary equipment, materials, displays and supplies for all off-site communities
  • Initiation and management of marketing and advertising vendors, as well as discussions with agencies and sponsors.
  • Negotiate all media contracts with vendors including, but not limited to off/on site signage, billboards, website, radio, TV, print, etc.
  • Coordination of the development of sales and informational materials, as well as web-based marketing.
  • Implementation of research, tracking, and analysis of competition, including concepts and content.
  • Responsible for development, and updating of company websites (including History Maker Homes, ONM Living, and other brands.)
  • Develop ongoing promotions that increase qualified traffic to communities (1-2 per quarter).
  • Protect and promote company brands both internal and externally.
  • Perform on-site inspections as needed to ensure execution of marketing signage, sales office, community appearance, etc. 
  • Helps establish marketing goals and monitors performance while assisting President and Executive Team to determine most effective marketing strategies to pursue.
  • Works closely with VP of Sales to determine best course of marketing dollars to drive business plan.
