About your new role…

 

The EQS Field Service & Installations teams are dynamic teams that is responsible for the installation, removal and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Removal, Servicing, QA, Preventative Maintenance of CCEP wide range of equipment.

 

A core function to the role as an EQS Installations Technician is to ensure that customer needs for service/installation are met in a timely and professional manner.

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our team members, and our consumers safe at all times and providing the best possible customer service
  • Conduct equipment installations, removals and site surveys
  • Equipment selection that will drive efficiency into EQS, whilst ensuring the customer requirements are met
  • Consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure installations occur within the customers expectations and time frames
  • CCEP Equipment Installations are compliant to CCEP and Australian Standards
  • Conduct EQS projects, efficiently and on time
  • Providing service at the lowest sustainable cost
  • Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools
  • Contributing to team success
  • Actively participate and understand the principles of continuous improvement through structured RCA's(Root Cause Analysis)
  • Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills
  • Actively participate in CCEP's OE (Operational Excellence) platforms

  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
  • Experience dealing with multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
  • Drivers Licence Essential
  • Desirable but not essential are Red Card, Elevated Platform and Confined Space. We will provide if you do not have.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime (rarely a Saturday), sometimes an evening call out.
