We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Aesthetics to join our team based in SE Brisbane. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow our presence within the aesthetics sector by building strong partnerships with clinics, doctors, and nurses, while driving sales performance and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key clients across clinics, doctors, and nurses.

• Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs across the territory.

• Develop and execute territory plans, leveraging data and CRM tools to optimise outcomes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches, training, and education initiatives.

• Embody a growth mindset by seeking feedback, continuously learning, and adapting strategies to maximise results.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• Proven track record in Business Development and/or Account Management.

• Strong understanding of the Aesthetics, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Devices industry.

• Success in achieving and exceeding sales targets/KPIs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with strong time management and territory planning skills.

• Competent with CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office.

• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.

• Legally entitled to work in Australia.

Desirable


• Previous experience in aesthetics injectables, dermatology, or cosmetic medicine.
• Clinical background (e.g., Registered Nurse) with industry knowledge.
• Experience in training, education, and product launches within the aesthetics space.
• Portfolio selling across multiple brands or product categories.
• Passion for aesthetics, skin, and delivering positive patient outcomes.
