Main Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support business growth.

2. Identify and understand client needs to provide effective solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Contribute to the development and improvement of the Company’s sales and marketing processes to strengthen service quality.

4. Implement, manage, and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure effective use across the company.

5. Generate client insights and report from CRM data to support sales strategies and decision-making.

General Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Integrated Management System by ensuring all work processes comply with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Actively participate in efforts to improve competencies relevant to the implementation of the Integrated Management System.

  • Be willing to participate in investigations related to non-compliance, code of ethics violations, workplace accidents, environmental incidents, or any event that may lead to unsafe actions or unsafe conditions — including providing accurate and factual information and reports.

  • Be involved in the information security control processes to safeguard the Company’s information assets and processing systems against threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

  • Uphold integrity by adhering to all Company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

  • Contribute to risk management processes in accordance with assigned roles, responsibilities, and authority.

  • Participate in business continuity and recovery processes to ensure uninterrupted operations in the event of disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles.

  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and strengthen customer loyalty.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
