What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers promptly, professionally, and with genuine care

  • Identify the primary concern, review additional maintenance needs, and offer a complimentary vehicle condition inspection

  • Provide transparent, competitive quotes—keeping both customer satisfaction and dealership success in mind

  • Communicate clearly and consistently, ensuring customers feel informed and confident every step of the way

  • Resolve concerns quickly, maintaining strong customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business

  • Collaborate with teammates to keep our service department running at peak performance


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years Service Advisor experience in a dealership or reputable repair facility (mainline/high-volume experience preferred)

  • CDK experience is a plus

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR

  • Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
