What You’ll Do
Greet customers promptly, professionally, and with genuine care
Identify the primary concern, review additional maintenance needs, and offer a complimentary vehicle condition inspection
Provide transparent, competitive quotes—keeping both customer satisfaction and dealership success in mind
Communicate clearly and consistently, ensuring customers feel informed and confident every step of the way
Resolve concerns quickly, maintaining strong customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Collaborate with teammates to keep our service department running at peak performance
What We’re Looking For
1+ years Service Advisor experience in a dealership or reputable repair facility (mainline/high-volume experience preferred)
CDK experience is a plus
Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
High School Diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
