The Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, pouring fine wines, and delivering elevated beverage service that complements the fine dining experience. This role combines technical skill, product knowledge, and polished hospitality to ensure members and guests receive personalized, memorable service. The Bartender maintains the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism while fostering an inviting and refined bar atmosphere.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency.
  • Engage with members and guests in a professional, welcoming manner while taking and fulfilling beverage orders.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends to make recommendations and enhance member and guest experiences.
  • Ensure proper portioning, garnishing, and presentation of all beverages.
  • Monitor member and guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and club policies.
  • Manage bar setup, stock rotation, and restocking of supplies during and after shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and service areas.
  • Assist service team with beverage service to dining room members and guests.
  • Collaborate to support seamless dinner service.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion, creating positive resolutions.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience; fine dining, private club, or luxury hospitality experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of mixology, wine service, and craft cocktails.
  • Excellent communication, guest relations, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and attention to detail.
  • Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required on the first day of work.
  • Availability Tuesday–Saturday evenings, including holidays and special events.

Background check and drug screen required.
