The Busser plays a vital role in supporting the dining room team by maintaining a clean, organized, and polished environment. This position assists servers, server assistants and the Maître D’ in providing seamless, elevated service to members and guests. The Busser ensures tables are properly set, cleared, and reset promptly while anticipating the needs of both members and guests and service staff in a fine dining atmosphere.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout service.
  • Assist service team with clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and discreet manner.
  • Reset tables with proper linens, silverware, and glassware according to fine dining standards.
  • Refill water glasses, bread, and other guest accompaniments as directed.
  • Support service staff with running food, delivering condiments, and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations, side work areas, and storage throughout the shift.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Anticipate member and guest needs and support the overall flow of dinner service.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; fine dining experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and teamwork skills.
  • Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required on the first day of work.
  • Availability Tuesday–Saturday evenings, including holidays and special events.

Background check and drug screen required.
