Job responsibility

 

Responsible for Usage monitoring and enhancement - 

 

  • Deep Understanding of call center operations (Process Designs; Directions to staff on what to do and how to improve)
  • Maturity to manage multiple processes and Telecalling set up;
  • Ability to manage the complaints and request of low Revenue base and close looping with varied stakeholders;
  • Proactively Anticipate the potential gaps and concerns and intervene in timely manner to bridge gaps;
  • Works closely with Usage Lead to get the campaigns executed in timely manner;
  • Manages Vendor and leverages vendor to bring value to UnR function. 
  • Share Reports/Dashboards on all processes handled in timely manner.

Qualification BE+MBA Preferably top institutes
Overall Work Experience  6 - 8 years of relevant experience in telecom industry
