What You Will Contribute:

In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your technical expertise and customer-centric approach to facilitate seamless collaboration between clients, channel partners, and internal teams. Your problem-solving skills will be instrumental in delivering fast, effective solutions across our product lines—ensuring every interaction adds value and strengthens relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative assistance for the sales force in the realization of the sales strategy  

  • Support in the conception, controlling and coordination of sales activities  

  • Sales processing including project tracking through to final inspection (such as coordination of deliveries and monitoring of delivery dates through to invoicing and invoice control)  

  • Tracking of worldwide leads, extensive use of the CRM system  

  • Reporting - creation of sales statistics, data maintenance  

  • Support in sales controlling and sales administration (price list)  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: electrical and automation engineering, environmental engineering or measurement and control engineering
  • 3+ years experience in technical internal sales service or B2B customer service
  • Experience with ERP, CRM and portal systems
  • Native language skills in Spanish and Catalan
  • Proficiency in English, other languages an advantage
  • Structured and proactive way of working
  • High affinity for customers and service
  • Initiative, hands-on mentality and communication skills
