Senior Strategy Consultant

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Senior Strategy Consultant to participate in strategic projects primarily focused on sales. This role will join our growing and successful LatAm Team based in Madrid, reporting to the LatAm Commercial Planning Manager, herself reporting to our LatAm Managing Director. The Senior Strategy Consultant will contribute to establishing and defining the sales growth strategy in our 5 LatAm countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico).

In particular, LatAm cluster is Verisure Group’s growth engine for the coming years. The Senior Strategy Consultant will be a core member of the LatAm team, and his work will have a major impact on the development of the commercial planning department across our LatAm markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in the sales growth strategy definition for the LatAm region (Strategic Plan and Budget).
  • Independently lead transformational commercial strategy projects across various countries in LatAm.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify insights, diagnose challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Conduct process mapping and assessment to identify and prioritize improvement areas.
  • Drive the standardization of best practices (projects, tools, and reporting) across the region.
  • Provide continuous support to local Sales Performance and Sales Structure teams, as well as to Sales Directors and Country Managers across LatAm.
  • Direct support to LatAm Managing Director Office.


Candidate profile

Experiences and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Competencies

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (experience in ppt. presentations and analysis for steering committees).
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently, from scoping through execution and delivery.
  • Leadership capacity, decisive and independent.
  • Strong solution focus, comfortable working in an environment which demands high calibre deliverables under tight deadlines. Committed.
  • Ability to make decisions and to solve problems under time pressure and communicate it in a confident way, with a can-do mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Availability to travel across our LatAm markets (about 15%).

Additional complementary skills will be valued:

  • Experience in people management (small teams) would be an asset.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
