We’re seeking a Senior Organisational Design Advisor to partner with business leaders, shape fit-for-purpose structures and roles, and provide expert, data-driven insights that align our organisation’s design with strategic priorities, digital transformation, regulatory reform and customer experience excellence.

About the team:

Join the Workforce Planning & Strategy team within People & Culture at the Department of Customer Service. We’re a collaborative team that supports the organisation in building a future-ready workforce. You’ll work closely with business leaders, change teams, and HR partners to deliver innovative organisational design solutions that drive transformation and improve service delivery across NSW.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in organisational design, workforce planning, or strategic HR within a complex organisation
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse groups
  • Proven ability to use data and evidence to inform structural decisions and improve workforce outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
