Senior Organisational Design Advisor Clerk Grade 9/10 Are you passionate about building agile, future-ready

Organisational Design Advisor to partner with business leaders, shape
fit-for-purpose structures and roles, and provide expert, data-driven insights
that align our organisation’s design with strategic priorities, digital
transformation, regulatory reform and customer experience excellence. About the team: Join the Workforce Planning & Strategy team within
People & Culture at the Department of Customer Service. We’re a
collaborative team that supports the organisation in building a future-ready
workforce. You’ll work closely with business leaders, change teams, and HR
partners to deliver innovative organisational design solutions that drive
transformation and improve service delivery across NSW. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: About Us: The Department of Customer

Salary Range: $129,464 - $142,665 + super
Employment Type: Temporary up to 12 months, Full-time
Location: McKell, Parramatta or Gosford
Salary Grade 09/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $129,464 base plus superannuation
