Main Responsibilities
1. Manage daily financial transactions, including receipts, expenses, invoices, payments, and bank account monitoring.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records of financial transactions, covering account balancing, reconciliations, and journal recording.
3. Support internal and external audit process by providing required documentation and data.

4. Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports in accordance with generally accepted Financial Accounting Standards.
5. Handle monthly and annual taxes.
6. Prepare internal management reports for business performance assessment purposes.
7. Coordinate with external auditors and consultants as needed.
8. Perform other duties and responsibilities related to accounting.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum D3 in Accounting.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
5. Strong teamwork, communication, responsiveness.
6. Basic knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation is preferred.
7. General understanding of taxation.
8. Possession of a Brevet AB certificate is an advantage.
