- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on KSB pump and Valve.
- Completing Preventive Maintenance and field modifications with coordination with Service Supervisor / Service Manager.
- Ordering and manage repair parts, consumables parts cycle times, in coordinate with superior.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as Service Reports, Time Sheet, Maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Implement Health Safety and Environmental and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and potential Sales order.
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
- Administration & Support
o Comprehensive Service Report
o Conduct Training to Customer - Support workshop rental activities during working period on Workshop, in coordinate with Workshop Supervisor or Service Manager.
- Maintain Positive and Healthy relationship with various team (Order Processing, Field Service Teams, Sales, Workshop, Mechanic Support and Others)
- To perform the tasks and responsibilities as given from superior’s time to time
Qualifications:
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Having a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in related functions
Good communication skills, analysis, and reporting
A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, motivated and willingness to learn
Having pump technical know-how
Fluent in English both oral and written
Willing to travel all around Indonesia
