About the role

We are looking for a new D365 Developer to join our technology team, to play a pivotal role by actively seeking innovative solutions to address the unique challenges our business lines face. You’ll be dedicated to using the power of technology to enhance our business systems and processes. By doing so, you will increase our productivity but also optimise our outputs and member engagements.

We are looking for a D365 Developer that isn’t just a problem solver but a proactive enabler of progress. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement the best strategies that align with our technology roadmap. Your expertise doesn't stop at simply resolving issues; it extends to identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimise business systems through innovative tech, ensuring peak efficiency and unparalleled customer service.
  • Dive deep into stakeholder requirements, tweaking software or introducing fresh tech to enhance productivity.
  • Play a pivotal role in major projects with dedicated technical insights.
  • Transform business visions into tangible solutions whilst supporting day to day issues related to the systems.
  • Support CRM (D365 CE) system at BAU capabilities for shared services applications.

About you:

  • Proven experience in applying, developing, and sharing specialist and detailed technical expertise.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dynamics D365 CE (cloud CRM) is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure.
  • Good working knowledge in analysing requirements – clear probing, producing solutions and making judgements.
  • Demonstrated experience in production support at BAU capabilities is preferable.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering results and meeting customer expectations; upholding high standards to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional at interpreting and communicating both written and verbal information.
  • Proven experience in applying, developing, and sharing specialist and detailed technical expertise.
