Join Our Team as an IT Coordinator – Grand Rapids Headquarters


We’re looking for a hands-on, solution-driven IT Coordinator to support our technology operations and infrastructure. This role is essential to keeping our people-first, service-oriented organization running efficiently and securely.


You’ll be a trusted resource for resolving IT issues, coordinating technology projects, and supporting long-term initiatives that help Sun Title deliver exceptional experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Support Daily Operations: Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology use across the company.
  • Be the Go-To Resource: Serve as the first point of contact for user, workstation, and network issues.
  • Maintain Systems: Assist with environments including Microsoft Entra/Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Windows/macOS workstations, servers, DNS/DHCP, and wired/wireless networks.
  • Enhance Security & Performance: Help with patching, upgrades, cloud configuration, security tools, and IT documentation.
  • Collaborate & Educate: Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, support projects, and educate staff on best practices.
  • Support Strategic Projects: Assist leadership and managers with technology-related initiatives, automation efforts, and process improvements.
  • Manage Assets: Maintain IT inventory and support lifecycle planning

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge in:
  • Microsoft Entra AD and O365
  • Windows/macOS workstation support
  • Exchange (on-premises/hybrid)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Security platforms (antivirus, content filtering, MFA, etc.)
  • Wired/wireless network troubleshooting
  • Experience providing IT support, writing documentation, and assisting with projects.
  • Power BI knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA, MCP, CCNA, etc.) are preferred.
