First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a CRM Enablement Officer to join our Sales, Service, and Retail Training team. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Enablement Officer is responsible for driving the successful adoption and utilization of the Bank’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.  This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training, communication, and support that help employees understand and apply CRM tools in their roles.  Serving as the liaison between product teams and frontline employees, this role ensures CRM capabilities are used consistently, effectively, and in alignment with business goals.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this role is $63,000 - 80,000/yr; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, communications, business-related, relevant field; or equivalent experience (e.g., three (3) years of experience in Customer Relationship Management). 
  • Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, learning technologies, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting CRM or system adoption for customer-facing employees in financial services, or a similar industry, through training and/or user support.

     

  • 1 year of experience with CRM tools or digital enablement platforms.
  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or change communications within a business or financial services setting.
