Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist

Location: Glenwood Springs | In Office | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Hourly: $25-30

Pella Windows & Doors / Western Slope is hiring a full-time, in-office Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist for our Glenwood Springs location (5317 Co Rd 154, Ste 206). This role is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

We’re looking for a professional who brings strong attention to detail, computer skills,  the ability to handle a fast pace with confidence. An understanding of construction, home services, or related industries is a plus. In this role, you’ll manage 50+ daily customer interactions, keep projects moving, and support both service and sales while representing a trusted brand.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service (Primary Function)

  • Manage 50+ daily customer interactions through calls, emails, and in-person conversations focused on service and satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with curiosity and urgency.
  • Coordinate and confirm service appointments with both homeowners and field technicians.
  • Update job details in Salesforce and internal systems with accuracy and speed.
  • Track open issues and follow up to ensure no detail is missed.
  • Partner with service managers and sales teams to navigate customer needs and job timelines.

Sales Support and Showroom (Secondary Function)

  • Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing product knowledge and a professional experience.
  • Support the sales process by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Collect COD payments and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  • Keep the showroom organized, updated, and stocked with samples and marketing materials.
  • Open and close the showroom daily, handle mail, and coordinate sample inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries, updating customers on order status, and coordinating logistics.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED (college coursework a plus).
  • 2+ years of customer service, administrative support, or dispatching experience. Construction or home services experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with urgency, shift gears quickly, and manage multiple demands.
  • Fast and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills that make customers feel heard, respected, and confident.
  • Familiarity with construction, windows, or home improvement is a plus.
