Examinetics is hiring a Clinical Services Administrator to join our expanding team! This is a full time role based in office at our Griffith, IN location.
The Clinical Services Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing clinical services activities within the organization. This role involves monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements, conducting audits, and providing guidance to ensure that the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain their individual client companies clinical services
- Assist in the development of programs and the operating procedures
- Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
- Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data and purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Assist existing clients with any order changes, additions or deletions to existing orders
- Maintain a recall list for each of their client companies
- Interact directly with client companies as needed to ensure that proper orders are being generated and completed
- Ensure the confidential and accurate handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Complete special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working directly with clients or customers
- Experience sorting and filtering data in Excel or similar tool
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook or similar tool
- Experience entering data accurately
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Experience prioritizing and multitasking effectively
