** This position is is not fully remote, must be able to work onsite in our Hauppauge headquarters**

 

Summary:

The BA Analyst is responsible for recommending business operations optimizations to help automate solutions. The BA bridges the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology, driving innovation and process optimization.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, business administration, finance or technology related field or eight years’ directly related experience required

  • Minimum four years IT Business Analysis experience required

  • Demonstrated success leading digital process change efforts, developing and automating workflows, using data analytics tools to improve organizational efficiency required

  • Minimum four years’ experience with automation solutions (Dev Ops, CRM or RPA, MS Power Apps suite technologies) preferred

  • Techno-functional, Automation domain expertise preferred

  • Experience with Automation RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere preferred

  • Experience in quality assurance, business process design, and project lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Clarity and Confluence preferred

  • Able to work collaboratively alongside stakeholders to deliver insights through data, building and maintaining a suite of dashboards and reports

  • Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Management. Data Quality Assurance, Data Deduplication, Data Visualization, Regression Analysis, Requirements Analysis Tools, General Data Analysis Software

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to analyze and interpret manual business processes to identify opportunities for automation, gather and document requirements
  • Prepares detailed documentation of business processes and requirements and ensures that solution requirements are clearly communicated to the development team for implementation

  • Facilitates prioritization for projects, tracks, manages and socializes the product release schedule

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy

  • Oversees the solution rollout for new Automation Initiatives

  • Responsible for the communication, knowledge transfer, training, value metrics, reporting for Automation platforms across the organization

  • Performs other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor.

The good faith range for this position is $92,000 - $114,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

 

All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
